NeuraCell is a deep-learning based tool for fast porous material characterization. Obtain the most important parameters that characterize the structure of your materials. These parameters include pore size, anisotropy ratio, anisotropy angle, pore density and many more.

Cell size 3D
Cell Size 3D
The 2D cell size is calculated as the average length of 8 equally separated radii in every detected cell. Then, for 3D, a factor is applied:
Anisotropy
Average of the ratios between the largest diameter and its perpendicular of every cell. The maximum anisotropy angle is the average angle of the largest diameter of all cells with respect to the horizontal.
Cell density
Ratio between the total detected area and the number of cells. A theoretical value is also calculated using the relative density (ρr):
Supervision
Check the option "Results supervision" to remove bad detections and perform user-assisted inferences in the images.
